SF (part one)

We're having SO much fun. The trip here could not have gone better; we pretty much rode in every type of transportation on land plus an airplane : we got a ride in a car to the airport from Glen, took a plane from Fargo to Minneapolis to San Jose, then a bus to the Santa Clara train depot, then the train to San Francisco, then our legs to the Amsterdam hostel a mile away!

We're jumping around to a few different hostels while we're here, and so far, it's been really fun. The hostel we're at tonight has some really pretty old furniture in the rooms. We make our own breakfast in the morning, there is a laundry room if we want to wash some clothes, a fridge if we want to store food, and a kitchen to cook if we want to. It's a great place. This morning we talked to one man from France and one from Brazil. We had supper with two girls from Finland.

( I've been carrying around my film camera as well, and am excited to show those once we get back! These photos are from our digital Canon slr)
